NEW: To reflect the needs of our callers, we now have a brother joining us at MCH on Wednesday evening between 6.00-8.00 (accepting calls from Brothers and sisters). It is possible to make an appointment for that Wednesday evening service by being in touch with us by email’ or, as per our normal service ringing the Helpline in operating times.
You are welcome to make inquiries about our service and how it is delivered and then we can advise you on how to get the support you need.
Please note however that we do not, as a matter of course, engage in online counselling. We feel it is really important that you are able to talk about your difficulties as this contributes to a beginning of the release of distress.
Do not use this contact form for sending personal information. You can do so by contacting us on this email address:

Before you post, please note that any abusive emails will be forwarded to appropriate authorities and your ISP can be traced. Also, you should be aware that the internet is not always as private as you may think so please think carefully about what you say when communicating on this platform.
