			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><em>Whether you’re frustrated, worried, jaded, angry, isolated,  passionate, optimistic, traumatised or inspired, or whether you just  want a day having real conversations with people about what matters to  you and eating high quality biscuits&#8230;</em></p>
<p>This event will be an open space  meeting for voluntary sector  workers and volunteers, community activists and interested people to  explore anything they like about their experiences, their current  concerns and their hopes for the future. There will be opportunities to  make connections and feed into other research groups about specific  issues.<span id="more-82"></span></p>
<p>This event is completely free of charge. Booking is essential and  bookings will be accepted on a first come first served basis. For more  information about the day:</p>

<p>An independently facilitated open space event for infrastructure  workers, frontline workers, funders, volunteers, policy makers,  trustees, and anyone else that’s interested….</p>

<li>How do you feel about supporting and developing voluntary &amp;  community action?</li>
<li>How are you dealing with political and organisational change?</li>
<li>How does the future of voluntary and community action look to you?</li>

<p>This event is being jointly organised by the STAN (Second Tier  Advisors Network) project at London Voluntary Service Council (LVSC) and  the National Coalition for Independent Action (NCIA). LVSC is a  registered charity no. 276886 and a registered company no. 1395546.</p>
